We imagine you have a few questions for us. You may very well be sitting in front of a computer screen, at this very moment, asking yourself, “What is The Real Project? What are the statistics that I keep seeing? Is it true that elephants are the only animals that can’t jump? What are those little plastic thingies on the end of shoelaces called?”
We can, in fact, answer all of those questions for you, as well as provide you with plenty of other, sometimes unrelated, and oftentimes outright strange, information. Or, if you just want to get plugged in to upcoming events around the city, we can help you out with that too.
Let’s get started with the basics.
Some people have the wrong idea about UCF students and alcohol. Some of them might think that all underage students are drinking, or most undergraduate students drink to excess. Others might mistakenly believe that most UCF students drive drunk. As it so happens, those people don’t know what they’re talking about.
The Real Project took the time to communicate with people like you rather than make false assumptions. We’ve taken that information and are letting you know that the majority of UCF students opt for a healthy lifestyle and, when they chose to drink, are drinking responsibly. We aren’t here to preach to you or tell you how to live your life. We’re here to give you the facts so you can make your own informed decisions. It’s as simple as that.
